Requirements :
- Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related fields.
- Experience work in HR from 4-5 years, preferably in trading companies and in a managerial position.
- Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation and HR practices.
- High level of communication skills and the ability to work with people .
- Organization, responsibility and attention to details.
