Head of the personnel department in BELIF, TOV

The chain of stores "Dini" invites to its team the Head of the Personnel Department.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and selection of personnel: placement of vacancies, conducting interviews, evaluation of candidates.
• Organization and adaptation of new employees.
• Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Filling of training platform for personnel.
• Evaluation of personnel.
• Counseling of employees on issues of labor relations and career development.
• Labor market monitoring.

Requirements :

• Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related fields.
• Experience work in HR from 4-5 years, preferably in trading companies and in a managerial position.
• Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation and HR practices.
• High level of communication skills and the ability to work with people .
• Organization, responsibility and attention to details.
