Main tasks:

• Training, training and certification of personnel responsible for operational safety for the following functionality: - implementation of dispatching (operational and technological) management of the operation modes of the unified energy system of Ukraine (UESU) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Electricity Market", the Transmission System Code and other legal acts that regulate the operation of the UES of Ukraine and the market of electric energy in Ukraine.
  
• Ensuring reliable and uninterrupted transmission of electricity through main and interstate electric networks of the transmission system operator (TSO) NEC "Ukrenergo" to the electric networks of distribution system operators (OSR).
• Ensuring the stability of the UES of Ukraine, preventing violations of the normal operation mode of the UES of Ukraine, eliminating technological violations in the most optimal way.
• Performance of calculations of electrical regimes of the UES of Ukraine or the region and their optimization, development and implementation of organizational and technical measures to reduce losses of electrical energy for its transmission by trunk and interstate networks.
• Пplanning the energy modes of operation of the UES of Ukraine to ensure its ability to satisfy the total demand for electric energy of consumers at every moment of time, monitoring the reliability of the operation of the UES of Ukraine and developing a set of organizational measures for its compliance and improvement.
• Transmission system operation control and transmission system physical balancing in accordance with the requirements of the Transmission System Code.
• Checking the possibility of regulating network restrictions and carrying out the purchase/sale of balancing energy on a non-discriminatory and transparent market basis, as well as carrying out the purchase and sale of electrical energy imbalances and the purchase of auxiliary services in order to comply with the operational security of the UES of Ukraine.
• Oorganization and implementation of remote control from the RDC level of equipment at the substations of NEC "Ukrenergo", which are controlled by ACS.
• Participation in the development and implementation of standards and regulatory and technicalx documents, instructions related to the operational work of the controller of the UES of Ukraine or RDC.
• Organization of regular trainings of operational personnel on the model of the UES of Ukraine and models with neighboring ENTSO-E TSOs to improve knowledge about the characteristics of the UES of Ukraine and neighboring transmission systems, as well as to improve communication and coordination between employees responsible for real-time work.

Our expectations:

• Ten years or more of operational experience both in the dispatching shift and in managerial positions, no less than the head of the dispatching service of the RDC or CDS.
• Дsurvey of participation and organization of trainings based on the model of the UES of Ukraine or the models of neighboring ENTSO-E TSOs.
• Knowledge of regulatory documents and Laws: documents: - Transmission System Code; - Law of Ukraine "On the Electric Energy Market"; - System Operations Guideline National Implementation ENTSO-E; - Industry information document ГИД34.01.101–2009 INDUSTRY REGULATORY DOCUMENTS ON OPERATION AND REPAIR OF POWER PLANTS AND NETWORKS.
• A confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• High level of mastery of MS Excel.
• English level B-2 or the language of ENTSO-E countries neighboring Ukraine (Polish, Hungarian, Romanian, Slovak, German, French).
• Attention to details, sociability, responsibility, purposefulness, ability to work in a team.
