Audit Consulting Group (ACG) — a consulting company in the field of accounting, tax and management accounting — invites to the team a Head of the payroll and personnel accounting department.

Functional duties

• Organization and control of the work of the payroll and personnel accounting unit
• Calculation of wages, sick leave, vacation, bonuses
• Control of personnel records in accordance with current legislation
• Optimization and automation of payroll and personnel accounting processes
• Implementation and control of accounting quality standards
• Interaction with accounting and other divisions of the company
• Team management (accountants for salary accruals (2 people), HR specialists (2 people))

Requirements for the candidate

Education:

Higher degree (accounting, auditing, economics, psychology - will be an advantage;

Experience:

• Work experience in the field of 5 years or more
• Team management experience
• Practical experience of automating personnel accounting and payroll

Professional skills:

• In-depth knowledge of legislation on wages and personnel accounting
• Experience in implementing or working with accounting quality control systems
• Confident command of a PC and specialized programs

Soft skills:

• Responsibility and attention to detail
• Stress resistance
• Ability to organize work processes and work in a team
