DILA Medical Laboratory invites the cooperation of the Head of the Payroll Sector.

Purpose of the position:to ensure accurate and timely calculation of wages and control of working hours to support staff motivation and compliance with company standards.

Keytasks of the position:

• Manage the accrual processes of all types of personnel payments and accounting of working hours.
• Ensure timeliness and correctness of accruals and payments of personnel remuneration.
• Setting up accrual processes in accordance with the agreed compensation policy.
• Ensuring maintenance and relevance staff list.
• Participation in the development of policies and procedures regarding remuneration and bonuses.
• Optimization and automation of processes; interaction with IT and related departments.
• Participation in HR projects (labor rationing, process automation, etc.).
• Participates in the budgeting of personnel costs.
• Participation in the development and modeling of payroll systems.
• Reporting by direction.
• Ensuring compliance of processes with legislative requirements.
