Areas of responsibility

• Organize the work of the department - prompt and effective selection of suppliers by category
• Develop and control adherence to the strategy of procurement categories.
• Control the market analysis by positions
• Control the conduct of tenders, preparation and submission information for consideration by the Tender Committee
• Control the verification by category managers of technical tasks, help in the formation of a high-quality and appropriate technical task request. 
• Participate in negotiations with Suppliers regarding the improvement of Commercial Offers and the terms of the Agreement. pharmaceutical exhibitions.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled visits to Suppliers to improve partnership relations and cooperation conditions. 
• Responsible forbuilding and maintaining partnership relations with Suppliers.
• Control the timely signing of contracts with Suppliers and Manufacturers. If necessary, control the submission of information and contracts for consideration by the Supervisory Board. 

We expect candidates to:

• relevant experience with similar categories in a large system company - from 5 years
• developed leadership and communication skills
• developed analytical skills and critical thinking
• SAP experience (would be an advantage but not critical)
• English - upper-intermediate.
• knowledge of current legislation regulating foreign economic activity
• understanding of methods and procurement procedures, rules for conclusion of contracts, rules of Incoterms
