Responsibilities:

• Simulation of real attacks on critical services in various IT environments
• Vulnerability management from detection to remediation, prioritization based on business criticality
• Organization and conduct of tests with minimal impact on services, coordination with IT
• Participation in threat modeling and secure design review, integration of Red Team results into development processes
• Readiness testing for ransomware attacks, identity compromise
• Prepare reports on risks, business impact, priorities and recommendations for execution teams
• Adherence to privacy standards, access control and audit support
• Organization of department work and team development

Requirements:

• 5+ years in offensive security / red teaming; 3+ years in the role of manager/leader (Lead/Manager/Head)
• Experience building and developing Red Team features
• End-to-end exercises in large environments: AD/Entra ID, Windows/Linux, hybrid (on-prem + cloud), web/API
• Ability to simulate real attack scenarios with focus on critical services and business processes
• Deep expertise with Google/Azure/AWS (IAM, storage, secrets/keys, logging/monitoring, typical configuration errors
• Team management experience - more than 3 years
