 Basic tasks:

• Organization of management and rule-making activities on labor protection issues at NEC "Ukrenergo".
• Ensuring the functioning of labor protection management systems and the implementation of ISO 45001.
• Budget planning, procurement organization and provision of personnel with labor protection products and services.
• Implementation of risk management and optimization of safety business processes.
• Participation in checks, audits, training and certification on labor protection.
• Communication with state authorities, support of checks and monitoring of compliance with orders.
• Organization of investigation of accidents and occupational diseases.

Our expectations:

• Higher education in the fields of: "Electrical engineering and electrical technologies", "Protection "Fire safety". Qualification - master's degree or specialist. Experience in management positions in the field of industrial safety - more than 5 years. years.
• In-depth knowledge of legislation in the field of industrial safety.
• Knowledge and proofwork experience in accordance with international safety standards.
• Experience in government supervision and control bodies will be an advantage.
• Experience in developing or implementing policies, procedures and regulatory documents in the field of labor protection.< /li>
• Experience of interaction with regulatory bodies and preparation of relevant documentation.
• Experienced PC user: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), e-mail (Outlook), analysis and visualization data.
• High level of competencies: professional expertise, managerial maturity, ability to adapt to changes, teamwork, stress resistance, achievement orientation.
