• calculate employees' KPI, analyze their effectiveness;
• prepare  reports, HR analytics;
• develop and update internal documents on wages;

  You are "our person" if you have:

• higher education;
• 3 years of work experience in Comp&ben
• 1 year of work experience in the Bank (preferably );
• experience in automating Comp&ben processes;
• experience in implementing new motivational programs;
• advanced user of MS Excel (complex formulas, summary tables), charts, PowerPoint;
• ability to work with large amounts of information;
• analytical thinking, high level of responsibility.
