You are our specialist if you have:

• Work experience of 5 years or more in a similar position in an international or large national company;
• Experience in team management from 3 years;
• Technical understanding of processes through education and/or experience;
• Analytical thinking;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian — fluent; English at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the production and business activities of the shop;
• Organizes a full cycle of production volume planning on a weekly basis;
• Controls and coordinates the maintenance of current documentation of the shop and warehouse, including work in the SAP system;
• Organizes the planning, preparation and timely submission of reports, including the development of criteria (CRI), methods, report formats and monitoring frequency, necessary to ensure the effective functioning of the processes it manages;
• Evaluates the functioning of processes and makes changes necessary to ensure that the processes achieve the intended results;
• Ensures technically correct operation of equipment and other fixed assets, develops schedules, scope and monitors timely and high-quality maintenance of production equipment;
• Team management, active promotion of colleagues' development.
