Functional duties:

• Organize and control the preparation of conclusions on legal issues;
• Ensure the implementation of legal analysis and provision of legal evaluation of documents (inquiries, letters, appeals, complaints, etc.), of other legal entities and individuals, ensure the preparation of responses to the specified documents and/or proposals to them;
• participate in the legal support of the company's relations with regulatory and law enforcement bodies, on behalf of the manager to represent the interests of the company in disputes with the regulatory bodies; management;
• participate in the preparation of orders and other company documents; 
• Other tasks within competence. dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit">Full higher education in the relevant field of study.
• Work experience of at least 5 years.
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level.  inherit">software complex user SAP ERP / SAP 4/ HANA ; inherit">
• Tax legislation and the procedure for tax accounting, other methodological documents. inherit">Attention, decision-making ability, analytical skills, communication skills, responsibility for work results.
