The company Hertz has been successfully working on the information technology market since 2000 year We provide information and computing services, develop and support software packages for banking and financial institutions, as well as providers of utilities and other types of services, regardless of the form of ownership. We are looking for a head of the IT department in our friendly team.

Functional responsibilities:

management of IT projects, organization and provision of smooth operation of IT equipment, services, development and motivation of personnel, organization of work with subcontractors organizations, service providers;

development, support, implementation of standards for the use of equipment, IT services, support and development of infrastructure services, organization of the logistics process, organization of measures aimed at prevention and prevention of failure of IT equipment, IT services

Our expectations:

• higher professional education;

• work experience in the TOP position of IT Director or similar;

• excellent knowledge of IT business processes;

• successful experience in developing the company's IT infrastructure and information strategy based on advanced technologies;
• effective leadership and development of subordinate team.
