Requirements:

• Work experience of at least 3 years in the field of telecommunications or as a system administrator.
• Knowledge of the OSI model; knowledge of network protocols TCP/IP, HTTPS, DNS, DHCP, RDP, AD and Linux Server, Windows Server OS services; of modern office software.
• Skills in servicing office equipment and modular repair of computer equipment.
• Skills in configuring switches and routers; installation of SCS and IR cameras.
• Experience with hosting and Office 365.
• Management of a team of 3 people.

Duties:

• Organization of the activities of the IT department headed by him and subordinate employees. Coordination of interaction of the IT department with the Directorate and all structural divisions of the enterprise.
• Ensuring smooth operation and proper functioning of telecommunications equipment in the Diagnostic Center, Laboratories, Server: Uninterruptible power supply units - UPS; Data storage system -NAS; Servers (physical and virtual); Network video recorders - NVR; Active network devices (routers, switches, repeaters); corporate mini PBX; digital IP telephony system (SIP call center numbers).
• Definition of the principles and principles of technical, software, advisory support and employee service office, structural divisions and medical departments of PE "MEDIS"with the aim of ensuring the efficiency of all IT components enterprise. Ensuring the functionality of the corporate network (structured cable systems of the local computer network and Binotel telephony), as well as its construction, reorganization
• Cooperation with contracting organizations (repair shops and service centers) for diagnostics, warranty and ongoing repair of office equipment and electronics and participation in the conclusion of agreements. Cooperation with contracting organizations (IT companies) on design, development, modernization, implementation of software platforms and IT services and participation in the conclusion of agreements (MZ-Group).
• Cooperation with telecommunication providers on connection, transfer, modernization, disconnection of communication channels (hosting, internale.t., telephony) and participation in the conclusion of agreements.
• Development of principles of providing technical assistance to users of medical centers in medical departments (telephone support; remote support; departure at the branch address) and development of principles of prevention, maintenance, modular repair of computer equipment.
• Organization of cooperation with courier service for sending serviceable and receiving faulty equipment from territorial structural departments (medical departments and laboratories.
• Organization of design, maintenance of video surveillance and access control systems.
• Administration of servers and software support of IT resources and services (web-site; e-mail; NAS; Grafana; mzlis; other accounting resources from the operator "Kyivstar".
• Development of the principles of Administration and Technical Support in the interaction of computer technology with various medical, diagnostic, laboratory equipment. Development of principles of data protection and storage (data mirroring; data archiving; data backup; backups of operating systems; creation of recovery points in the work of ARM).Development of the principles of information security of the corporate network (segmentation of the local network; encryption of data transmission channels; antivirus protection; security when working on the Internet; security when working with media; observing cyber security).
