A group of companies specializing in the production, storage and sale of grain and oil crops needs a 1C Programmer ready to head the IT department for the team. Main duties: Management of a team of IT specialists: system administrator, 1C developer, 1C consultant (system administrator); Coordination of the implementation of IT projects; Support and development of IT infrastructure; IT budget management; Support and development of systems based on 1C (UTP); Automation of business processes; Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the company's IT services; Interaction with external contractors on issues of IT implementation -projects, provision of IT services, procurement of equipment and software; Interaction with the information security department; Strategic planning, organization of work and achievement of goals set by the IT department. Qualification requirements: Higher specialized education. Experience of working in organizations with more than 400 users; Successful experience of implementing IT solutions; Knowledge of 1-C, experience of writing technical tasks; Mandatory experience of using 1C of all directions and changes and working with electronic inventory; Knowledge of the basics of accounting and the principles of building management accounting; Knowledge in the field of IP telephony and video conferencing communication, 1C systems, server and database administration, 1C synchronization, information security; Presence of strong leadership qualities; Strategic thinking skills, pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem solving; Communication, responsibility, multitasking; Must know: Basics of accounting; Basic Ukrainian configurations of 1C; Basics of network technologies; Cloud technologies; Market of computer equipment; Fundamentals of management; 1C language, LCD, managed forms; Windows-based server systems; Security measures in the network and on servers.
