Education

higher education with an educational degree not lower than a master's degree

Work experience

experience of working in public service positions of categories "B" or "B" or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience of working in management positions of enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of the form of ownership for at least two years

Functional duties

1. Implementation of organizational, engineering and technical measures to ensure cyber security, cyber protection and security of information systems of the Regional Office.

2. Detection of cyber attacks and protection against them, elimination of their consequences

3.  Administration of systems that ensure organizational and engineering-technical protection of information, control over their functioning

4. Providing repair of computer equipment and peripheral equipment within the limits of technical capabilities. 

5. Interaction with mass media.

6. Ensuring the transparency and openness of the activities of the Regional Office by publishing information on the official website, including its distribution in social networks.

7. Ensures timely and high-quality reporting to the State Property Fund of Ukraine in specified directions.

8. Establishing access rights and controlling the use of network resources. Planning and carrying out work on expanding the local computer network structure of the Regional Office.

9. Consideration of appeals, complaints and proposals of citizens, legal entities and individuals who come to the department.

Work schedule

Monday - Thursday from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.

Additional requirements

During the period of martial law, a person is appointed to a civil service position of category "B" without competitive selection after conducting a special check on the candidate in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the prevention ofcorruption", on the basis of the submitted application, a completed identity card of the established model and documents confirming that such persons have Ukrainian citizenship, education and work experience in accordance with the requirements of the legislation established for the relevant positions, as well as the presence in the Unified State Register of declarations of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government, declarations of the person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government for the past year.

Salary level

- when a person is appointed to a civil service position for the first time      - up to UAH 16,080;

- for civil servants who have years of service on civil service - seniority allowance at the level of 2% of the official salary of a civil servant for each calendar year of civil service experience, but not more than 30% of the official salary; rank allowance to official salary
