Job Objective: Information management is the ability of an organization to generate, collect, manage, store and communicate the right information to the right people at the right time. This includes all stages of the life cycle of information.

The Head of the Information Management Department provides strategic and operational management of all processes of data collection, management, analysis, quality, storage and use of data in TCHU. The position works closely with IT, Digital Transformation, PMER and software teams to ensure the efficient, secure and coherent operation of all the organization's information systems. 700">Strategic management and development of IM systems:

• Ensure the quality, completeness, reliability and validity of data.
• Develop, implement and update policies, SOPs and standards for information management.
• Organize the life cycle of data: collection, processing, storage, analysis and archiving.
• Coordinate the work of information systems and ensure their uninterrupted support.

Analytics and reporting:

• Transform data into analytical andnsites necessary for decision-making.
• Develop and submit analytical reports, information products, infographics, dashboards.
• Ensure consistency and standardization of the organization's information products.

Team interaction and support programs:

• Work closely with program teams, meeting their information needs.
• Provide technical advice on data collection and analysis tools.
• Develop digital and information literacy of employees and regional teams.

Management of personnel and processes:

• Manage the work of the Department, distribute tasks, determine priorities.
• Coordinate information flows between departments and external partners.
• Identify gaps in information management and implement solutions for them elimination.
• Ensure compliance with the rules of information security.

General duties:

• Actively work to achieve the goals of the TCHU.
• Follow the principles of the Red Cross Movement and work in accordance with them.
• Perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. 400">
• Complete higher education (Master's degree) in the field of IT, computer science, data analysis, information management or related areas.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of information management, analytics or data management.
• Experience in international or humanitarian organizations is an advantage.
• Experience in team management and interdepartmental coordination interactions.
• Experience implementing policies, standards and IM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets.
• Experience with data collection and analysis tools (Kobo, MS Forms, BI platforms).
• Experience with Excel; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools is desirable.
• Understanding the principles of information security and working with confidential data.
• English proficiency at a level no lower than Intermediate (B1).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions and work responsibly.
• Ability to build trust in a team.
• Ability to work in conditions of multitasking and prioritization.
• Initiative and ability to implement innovative solutions.
