During this time, I almost from scratch created a business process for working with new impressions and all the necessary tools for working with the product; reached an assortment of 2000+ impressions in Ukraine; started her own full-fledged production as part of a team for shooting videos and photos of impressions; together with colleagues and fedoriv agency launched 7+ full-fledged advertising flights for more than 200 million impressions; achieved the best brand exposure in the show's history on The Bachelor 12.

Now about our requirements for the specialist I am looking for:

  4. Maximum attention to detail, like Sherlock Holmes: we have 68 steps in the process of adding a new impression (this applies to all departments, not only impression managers); 325 tasks are currently in the works at various stages (and this is only from the expansion of the assortment); 82 groupings of services (within which there are also subgroups) with a current catalog of more than 2,000 impressions; 250-item Impression Activation Only Checklist; instructions for working with CRM and administration in the amount of 200 sheets; and many other nuances.
  5. With a sense of taste (likes beautiful pictures, interesting texts) and has an understanding of what is suitable content, and what is better to never show to anyone.

Salary in all companies consists of a rate and a bonus part. You will have a quarterly and an annual bonus.

Bonuses depend on the fulfillment of the following KPIs:

  • Department efficiency at the level of at least 91% (25%)< /strong>. Core business processes and the work of other departments depend on the experience development department. There are regulations regarding the speed of completion of specific tasks, so you need your subordinates to work within these frameworks. Every task that a manager does is timed. And he should have time to do it within the established standards. Norms are not formed "off the top of my head", but are calculated according to how much time an effective manager spends on this task on average. Efficiency is calculated as follows: we add up the target completion time for all tasks performed by the subordinate during the month, and divide by the number of working hours.
  • Sufficient number of work partners (5%). In the work of each business development manager (a position that negotiates with potential partners regarding cooperation), there is always a sufficient number of potential partners (at least 40 pieces for each). Because the speed of expansion of our assortment depends on this.
  • Implementation of development projects (40%). At the end of each quarter, we plan what the company will do in the next quarter for development. But we fix it at the level of goals/tasks of each key employee. The performance of these tasks is an important part of your KPI.
  • Impact on the quality of the department's work (10%). You should understand that most processes directly depend on the quality of your team's work in the company Therefore, if you notice an error or have questions, they should be recorded. even if your person's bonus will depend on it.
  • Complying with critical rules and deadlines (10%). We have rules that must be followed. About the probationary period
