Requirements:

• work experience in a similar position with a staff of 500 or more, preferably at a manufacturing enterprise
• knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine
• fluency: 1C, Medok, Excel, etc.
• excellent communication skills and organizational skills, charisma, responsible attitude to the work performed, desire to develop

• organization and control of personnel administration
• staffing
• organization of labor rationing processes, optimization of staffing

• compilation of the FOP budget and control of its implementation
• composition of the budget for advertising expenses for the recruitment of personnel
• organization and control of keeping timesheets, shift schedules
• development of regulations, job and work instructions, organizational structures, motivation systems
• recruitment, adaptation, preparation of personnel reserves
• organization of a healthy climate in the team, resolution of conflict situations
• participation in attestation of workplaces
• keeping military records
• support of inspections, drawing up reports
