Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional for the position of Head of the Human Resources and Legalization Department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring the efficient functioning of legalization processes and human resources in the company. Successful performance of duties requires in-depth knowledge of labor law, legalization of employment, personnel management and strong leadership qualities.

Main duties:

• Managing the work of the personnel department and legalizing the employment of foreigners (5 people in the team).

• Documentation, development and implementation of policies and procedures in the field of personnel and legalization.

• Control over legalization processes in the company.

Full responsibility for the quality of legalization services.

• Active tracking of changes in legislation and monitoring of their compliance.

• Ensuring the correct circulation of documents and information related to the employment of foreigners.

• Coordination of the process of salary calculation, salary payments, accounting and calculation of working hours.

• Control of documentation in the context of ZUS, GUS, PIP.

• Control of the preparation of declarations and responsibility for the process of periodic settlements with ZUS, US, PEFRON.

• Process management and cooperation with external bodies on employee issues (executive issues, employment of foreigners, RODO).

• Optimization of personnel and salary processes in the organization.

• Track changes in legislation and important news for the industry.

• Close cooperation with the management and other departments of the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a position related to team management.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of legalization of employment and stay of foreigners.

• Deep knowledge in HR.

• Knowledge of current norms of labor law, tax legislation, social insurance and employment of foreigners.

• Experience in project work, process optimization and personnel accounting system management.

• Ability to communicate effectively and build interpersonal relationships.

• Independence, involvement, ability to work in a team, excellent planning and organization skills.

• Positive and proactive attitude.
