The network combines offline stores and e-commerce and actively develops financial and management processes.

In connection with the strengthening of financial control and the growth of the network, we are looking for the Head of the Financial and Economic Department.

Target role

Ensuring the company's financials, cash-flow, store economics and analytics for the owner.

What you will do

• Manage the financials networks.
• Plan and control sales, margins and financial results of stores, brands and the network as a whole.
• Analyze P&L, expenses and form understandable management analytics for the owner.
• Manage the company's cash flow: plan the flow of funds, set financial priorities and monitor payment discipline.
• Ensure financial control of stores as individuals of business units: costs, write-offs, inventory results.
• Organize and control the work of warehouse and sales point inventory contractors.
• Interact with supplier representatives (financial and logistics services).
• Control cash discipline of the network and correctness of data in the database.
• Interact with accounting in matters of reconciliations with suppliers, inventory balances and financial data.
• Manage 1C automation processes: form TK, determine priorities, control the quality of financial data.

Our expectations

• Higher education in the field of finance / economics / accounting
• Experience of 3-5 years in finance (retail will be an advantage)
• Practical experience of management accounting, P&L, cash-flow
• Proficiency in 1С8.3 / BAS, Excel
• Understanding the economics of the retail network and stores
• Analytical thinking, systematic, ability to work with a large amount of data
• Ability to be a financial partner for the owner and management
