Head of the family support project in Zrostay v Rodini, BF

The "Grow in a Family" Charitable Fund has been operating since 2021, the main goal of which is to help families where guardians of retirement age independently raise orphans and children deprived of parental care. Currently, the Foundation takes care of almost 1,000 families raising more than 1,500 children in the form of providing monthly food kits, household chemicals, social, educational, legal and psychological assistance on an ongoing basis. The Fund's activities cover 10 regions: Kyiv, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Poltava, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, Kharkiv, Sumy and Lviv regions, thereby making a positive contribution to the future of Ukraine. 

For the development and scaling of the family support project, the Foundation team is looking for a project manager to make our activities even more effective. The head of the family support project is responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of projects aimed at helping families cared for by the Foundation.

Main duties:

• Development of a strategic project plan.    
• Coordination of the work of employees and volunteers involved in the project.    
• Involvement of new donors in the project.    
• Establishing cooperation with local organizations, state institutions and other partners.    
• Planning and control of the project budget.    
• Preparation of reports for donors and partners.    
• Preparation of information materials and reports for attracting financing.    
• Ensuring motivation and professional development of the team.    
• Organization of events and initiatives to support families (educational programs, humanitarian aid, psychological support, etc.).    
• Tracking project results in accordance with established indicators.    
• Analysis of activity efficiency and introduction of necessary corrections.    

Requirements for the candidate:

•    Higher education in social work, management, psychology or related fields. >•    Experience of working in social or charitable projects (at least 2-3 years).

•    Ability to manage a team and work with a large amount of information.

•    Experience in financial planning and reporting.

•  Skills in communication, public speaking and building partnerships.

•  Knowledge of legislation related to social protection of the population will be an advantage.
