Our expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of finance, accounting or economics;
• Work experience of 3-5 years in a position related to cost accounting in manufacturing companies;
• Experience in implementing automated accounting systems is desirable;
• Deep knowledge in the field factory costing, cost accounting methods;
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar);
• Skills in accounting automation project management;
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and perform their analysis;
• Ability to coordinate work between geographically distant teams;
• Leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team;
• Analytical mindset;

• Result-oriented and the ability to work under limited time conditions;
• Readiness for business trips.

Main areas of responsibility:

    1. Organization of cost accounting:
    •    Installation and control of the cost accounting system in all production areas.
    •    Ensuring the collection and analysis of cost data at each stage of production to accurately calculate the cost of production.
    2.    Accounting automation:
    •    Implementation of software to automate accounting processes.
    •    Coordination of work with the IT department for the integration of automation systems in all production areas.
    •    Providing support and training of staff on the use of new systems.
    3.    Control and analytics:
    •    Monitoring of actual costs and comparing them with planned indicators.
    •    Preparation of regular reporting for senior management on product cost and utilization efficiency resources.
    •    Analysis of deviations and identification of opportunities for reducing costs and increasing efficiency. 4. Management team:
    •    Formation and management of a team of specialists in costing at all production sites.
    •    Ensuring uniform accounting and reporting standards in all areas.
    5.    Intercity management:
    •    Coordination of work between sites located in different cities.
    •    Regular business trips to production sites to control and support accounting processes.
    6. Process optimization:
    •    Study of new methods and tools to increase the accuracy of accounting and reduce the time for its execution.
    •    Implementation of innovative solutions to improve factory costing processes.
