Requirements for a successful candidate: 5 years of work experience in the ROP position; General experience in sales from 10 years; Experience in the successful development and implementation of a sales strategy for the market of Ukraine and abroad; Experience of a successful marketing strategy of sales, promotion for all markets of presence; Development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotions to increase sales; Possession of sales techniques; Experience in writing scripts, regulations, work standards of the sales department, implementation of the KRI system; Organization of the system work of the sales team; Systematic implementation of sales process improvements aimed at improving interaction with clients; Market analysis to identify new sales development opportunities; Main responsibilities: Sales planning, development of sales strategy for all directions, including approach to pricing, prices, discount policy; Development and implementation of sales strategy for international markets; Development and implementation of marketing strategy, long-term and short-term sales and promotion strategy of the company for all markets of presence (Ukraine, Lithuania, Poland, Germany) and new ones; Development and implementation of sales plans; Preparation of management, analytical reports, materials for company management Analysis of key indicators of sales performance, identification of causes of deviations, development and implementation of corrective measures; Control of the achievement of planned indicators for the sale of the company's products, as well as other key indicators of the department's work in the current mode; Market analysis of competitors, market trends on an ongoing basis; Opening of branches and branches of the Company; Conducting negotiations and increasing the volume of sales by key customers of the company; Planning the work of the sales department, setting tasks, monitoring execution; Work on improving the motivation system, personnel selection, adaptation and training, formation of an effective team; Constant work on training and development of personnel, participation in events and trainings for salespeople, organization of internal trainings for employees; Participation in conferences, organization of events for clients, presentation of the company at events, including performances as a speaker/expert/moderator; Working conditions: Office, Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. until 6 p.m., Saturday, Sunday — weekends; Full social package, timely salary; Friendly team, support, openness, sincerity; A dynamic company that continues to develop and increases product sales; Management that listens to your ideas and thoughts, implements them, always in dialogue.
