Tasks awaiting the head of the expert group:

• monitoring, evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of state policy on issues of digital development in the field of public service; 
• ·      ensuring the implementation, operation and development of the human resources management information system;
• development of the development strategy, technical tasks, justifications, estimates of network, server equipment, software, organization of obtaining and updating licenses, certificates for the needs of the human resources management information system;
• ensuring the technical efficiency of automated workplaces (AMR) of employees of the NADS apparatus, conducting primary diagnostics;
• preparation of proposals for the purchase of components, software and hardware;
• processing and approval of draft contracts;
• participation in the preparation of budget proposals, budget requests, passports of budget programs according to budget programs established under the NADS;
• ensuring within the scope of authority the implementation of projects and the implementation of programs to improve public administration and public service, as well as programs involving international technical assistance within the framework of the fulfillment of obligations undertaken under the international agreements of Ukraine on issues that belong to the competence of the expert group;
• ensuring the development and organizational and technical measures for the support and functioning of the local computer network in the NADS and its improvement; systems of electronic document circulation; electronic information resources (internal and external websites); software used by the structural divisions of the National Security Service.

Mandatory requirements:

• citizenship of Ukraine;
• higher education, not lower than a master’s degree;
• experience in civil service positions of categories “B” or “B” or experience in local self-government bodies, or experience in management positions in enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of the form of ownership for at least two years;
• fluency in the state language;
• experience in infrastructure administration the company will be an advantage;
• experience in preparing documentation for the purchase of IT services and components will be an advantage.

Terms of remuneration:

• position salary - UAH 29,186;
• allowances, bonuses and compensations accordinglyto the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

Conditions for selection and appointment to a position:

• appointment to a position involves a special inspection in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption";
• appointment to a position is temporary, for the period of the release of the main employee in connection with military service under conscription during mobilization until the day he actually starts work or before being appointed to this position of the winner of the competition, but not more than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
