Head of the estimation department in Budivelna Industriya Kantriinvestbud, TOV

Requirements for the candidate:

- work experience as the head of the estimating department for at least three years;

-knowledge of current regulatory documents and the legislative framework in the field of construction;

- confident command of a PC, knowledge of AVK-5, ability to draw up estimates for project works;

- experience with objects financed by state and/or local budgets;

- the desire to develop professionally and improve;

- the ability to work in multitasking mode (maintaining several objects at the same time);

- the ability to work with project documentation and drawings;

- availability of an engineer's certificate-designer in part of the estimated documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of department work
• Development and implementation of new rational solutions
• Preparation of tasks for department employees
• Preparation, development of estimate documentation according to the project, technical tasks, defective acts for all types of construction works;
