We expect you to:

•  (construction, industrial and civil engineering);

• Worked in construction companies, in the customer's infrastructure, infrastructure projects. You understand the processes of construction and cost planning and worked for at least 3 years in this field;

• Haveteam management experience (3+ people);

• Are you good atAVK-5, AutoCAD, Excel, 1С;

• Do you understand how the construction industry works in practice;

• Courses for advanced training in estimating, construction pricing, budgeting, international construction standards (FIDIC, ISO). -will be an additional advantage.

Your tasks:

• Organization of the work of the estimate and contract department (control of preparation of estimate documentation for construction and repair works).

• Calculation of the cost of construction works (compilation and verification of local, object estimates, consolidated estimate calculations).

• Control over implementation of the construction budget (analysis of compliance of actual costs with estimated indicators).

• Interaction with contractors and subcontractors (checking calculations, drawing up acts of completed works).

• Підготовка розрахунків згідно бюджету.

• Підготовка актів completed works (certificates) for the customer.

• Knowledge and application of the regulatory framework:

- Guidelines for determining the cost of construction (with changes)

- estimation standards of Ukraine, prices and price lists;

- official clarifications of the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine on issues of pricing in construction;

- average indicators of the cost of material resources;

- indices of changes in the cost of construction works and inflation indices;

DST, VBN, GND, SOU.
