Technical manager of the engineering network relocation project

Key requirements:

• Higher education in the field of construction (PCB, VC, THV)
• Experience of leading a team of builders and workers
• Knowledge of technical standards and standards in the field of installation of engineering networks
• Ability to plan work by own forces and subcontracting organizations, control the execution of tasks and resolve conflict situations
• High communication skills
• Knowledge of PC (AutoCAD , AVK).

Main duties:

• Organization and control of the process of shifting engineering networks and communications (water supply, gas supply, heat supply, sewage networks, overhead power supply networks) at the facility within the city limits and in densely built-up areas
• Management of a team of installers and workers
• Control of work performance by subcontracting organizations
• Planning and distribution of tasks among subordinates
• Ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations
• Interaction with customers and contractors
• Preparation of commercial proposals, acts, executive and accompanying documentation
