• organize and coordinate training of bank employees on financial monitoring and sanctions (including the creation of training programs, implementation of training courses to improve the level of knowledge and qualifications of bank employees, assessment of the level of knowledge of employees, monitoring of training effectiveness). in learning management (L&D), development of training programs, or HR direction in the banking sector;
• possession of training needs assessment (TNA) methods and development of methodological and training materials; 
• experience in implementing distance learning systems (LMS);
• knowledge of banking legislation and regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine on AML/CFT issues and sanctions;
• desire to make training on financial monitoring interesting, diverse, effective, applying, among other things, a creative approach;
• knowledge of the regulatory framework of the National Bank of Ukraine and legislation of Ukraine on financial monitoring and implementation sanctions.
