Your main tasks will be:

• Development and management of the design team;
• Development of creative solutions. Identification and analysis of the latest trends in design;
• Development of innovative creative concepts that meet the company's strategic goals;
• Project management. Coordination of design projects from start to finish;
• Ensuring timely completion of projects according to budget and quality requirements;
• Development and implementation of motion design projects;
• Control quality of visual effects and animations;
• Communication with stakeholders. Interacting with the team to determine their needs and expectations;
• Presenting and defending creative projects to stakeholders and management.

We expect you to:

• Higher education in the field of graphic design or related fields;
• Experience in management positions in the field of design at least 3 years;
• Excellent knowledge of design tools;
• Use of AI (is an advantage);
• Experience in creating creative motion design; 
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate the team;
• Ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document according to current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
