YOUR DUTIES AND DUTIES WILL BE:

< li> development and implementation of a long-term strategy for the development of digital solutions, including a website, personal account, chatbots, online store, mobile application, CRM. Aligning the strategy with the overall business goals of the company and ensuring its effective implementation;
• coordinating the work of a team of several business analysts and project managers;
• analysis of existing business processes and digital products, identifying opportunities for their optimization and improvement in accordance with market requirements and user expectations;
• conducting regular analysis of the latest technologies and trends in the market of digital solutions. Implementation of innovative solutions in the company's digital products to increase competitiveness and improve interaction with customers;
• scaling of existing digital systems and introduction of new technologies to support the company's growth and integration with new business processes. Facilitating the effective integration of new solutions into the company's existing business systems;
• planning, organization and management of digital transformation projects from the initial stage to full completion, including the definition of requirements, resource planning and monitoring of the completion of tasks on time;< /li>
• negotiations and conclusion of agreements with external contractors for the implementation of projects and tasks in the division's area of ​​responsibility. Monitoring the quality of services provided by partners and ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.

• 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• d3 years of work experience as a project manager and/or business analyst;
• experience in effective conflict management;
• knowledge of various methodologies of software development and project management;

• understand different types of requirements: business, user, functional, non-functional;
