Currently, there are 12 STYLUS branded stores, a service center in Kyiv and more than 15 points of delivery of goods across Ukraine.

We are looking professional, who will be headed by one of the most important areas of the business: customer after-sales service.

• Experience in managementby a team of 3 people

Now to your tasks:

• Prompt response to feedback, solving customer questions and providing answers.
• Analysis of feedback and preparation of reports for internal departments.
• Interaction with other departments of the company to improve the quality of service.
• Working with reviews on price sites;
• Complex resolution of disputed situations.
• Control of referral work
