Purpose of the position: Effective management and development of department employees, implementation of planned indicators, attraction of new clients in the established territory ( Kharkivska, Sumy, Poltava, Zaporizhia, Dniprovska) and increasing the income of the Kyivstar company in the corporate segment.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring sustainable sales growth and increasing market share in the region;
- Adaptation of the development strategy to local requirements and determination of department work priorities;
- Implementation of effective sales strategies, team management, and establishment of long-term partnerships with key corporate clients in the region;
- Responsible for achieving sales targets, increasing the portfolio of solutions for B2B clients in his region, managing the sales funnel, as well as team development;
- Ensures the attraction of new business clients and the development of relationships with existing ones to expand their product portfolio;
- Ensures constant contact with business clients of the region in order to understand their current needs, planned changes in business and potential points of growth of cooperation;
- Regularly conducts meetings, presentations, conference calls at which new market opportunities and challenges affecting cooperation are discussed;
- Market analysis of corporate clients and the competitive environment, as well as identifying new opportunities for business and developing plans for their implementation;
- Ensuring the sale and implementation of new products and projects for corporate clients of the cluster;
- Development of sales and service skills among employees of the department, understanding of the specifics of the key sectors of the cluster economy, motivation of subordinates, mentoring and their coaching;
- Operational analysis, planning and control of key projects of the department; Requirements for the candidate:
- Education: higher, preferably economics, finance, marketing, commerce;
- Work experience: from 5 years, of which at least 3 years in the field of B2B sales (especially large enterprises) and customer service. At least 2 years of management experience: management of significant human and financial resources;
- Active life position and ability to think critically. Ability to set goals for oneself and subordinates and achieve them. Self-discipline and acceptance of responsibility;
- English - above average (B2) or higher;
