Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• Owning executive search technology;
• Availability of real successful experience in closing management and key vacancies of middle and higher of management;
• Owning modern and innovative recruiting and headhunting tools;
• Experience using the direct search method;
• Ability to manage a team and achieve set goals;
• Ability to plan working hours and set priorities;
• Love for one's work, desire to develop in the profession;
• Competent speech, management skills negotiations and working with objections;
• A confident PC user (Word, Excel, 1C).

Responsibilities:

• Independent closing of executive and key vacancies of middle and top management.
• Organization and control of the work of the recruitment and adaptation department;
• Creation and implementation of innovative methods and strategies for attracting candidates and closing vacancies;
• Implementation of the company's corporate culture projects.
