Main duties

1. Management of project execution

• organization and control of works on objects;
• observance of deadlines, quality and conditions of contracts;

2. Operational execution management

• project planning (schedules, stages, control points);
• management of plan-to-fact indicators;
• setting tasks for construction managers and their control execution;
• management of contractors through the head of construction works;
• timely detection of deviations and initiation of corrective actions;
• ensuring transparent and regular reporting management.

3. Construction of the execution system

• implementation of project management standards;
• formalization of the transfer of projects from the commercial department to work;
• implementation of object passports, schedules, status-reports;
• creating a managed execution model without manual control.

4. Formation and development of a team

• step-by-step creation of a project management structure;
• formation and development of a staff of project management / management managers;
• definition of roles, areas of responsibility and work standards;
• mentoring and team development.

5. Interaction with the Commercial Department

• starting projects after signing contracts;
• participation in solving complex cases during implementation;
• providing a unified approach to the client in terms of work performance.
