Key role of the position:Product management at all stages of the life cycle (from idea to implementation/transformation).

Responsibilities:

• Research and analysis of company business needs
• Management of portfolio and product life cycle
• Execution and organization of team work
• Collection requirements, development of the initial technical task, launch of the product development project and control at all stages of implementation, control of the creation of appropriate technical documentation Formation and maintenance of the backlog for products
• Organization and participation in technical meetings
• Preparation of analytical reports
• Organization of preparation of training materials and conducting sessions for sales and marketing departments
• Monitoring of the market and competitors, determination of market needs
• Participation in product positioning, definition of the target audience
• Ensuring effective communication within projects: clearly informing stakeholders about the statuses, risks and results of projects
• Organizing and controlling the preparation of project progress reports
• Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement of project and product management processes and methods

• Managing the calculation of the budget and estimating the cost of products, projects.
• Organizing and ensuring effective cooperation of the department with other functional units companies

Requirements:

• Higher technical education
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position, or 5+ years of work experience in the positions of project manager, product manager with team management experience< /li>
• Construction and management experienceteam management
• Experience with hardware products.
