Head of the Products and Projects Department in Consult Business Partner

The manufacturing military tech company invites a manager to the team of the department of products and projects/Hardware developer

Our company forms and develops an innovative approach to military training in Ukraine and implements modern standards of training soldiers and civilians, creating the latest interactive training systems.

The key role of the position :Product management at all stages of the life cycle (from idea to implementation/transformation).

Duties:

• Research and analysis of the company's business needs.
• Management of the portfolio and product life cycle.
• Implementation and organization of the team's work
• Collection of requirements, development of the primary specification, product development project launch and control at all stages of implementation, control of the creation of appropriate technical documentation
• Formation and maintenance of the product backlog.
• Organization and participation in technical meetings
• Preparation of analytical reports
• Organization of preparation of training materials and holding of sessions for sales and marketing departments
• Performance of market and competitor monitoring, determination of market needs
• Participation in positioning the product, defining the target audience.
• Ensuring effective communication within projects: clearly informing stakeholders about project statuses, risks and results.
• Organization and control of preparation of project progress reports< /li>
• Searching for opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and methods of project and product management
• Management of budget calculation and cost estimation of products, projects.
• Organization and ensuring effective cooperation of the department with others functional divisions of the company

Requirements:

• Higher technical education.
• Work experience in a similar position of 2 years or more, or 5+ years of work experience in the positions of project manager, product manager with team management experience
• Experience in building and managing teams;
• Experience in working with a hardware product.
