Key tasks:

• Purchase planning;
• Ensuring procurement of materials and components in accordance with orders; li>
• Ensuring timely and correct delivery of components and finished products;
• Ensuring the process of payment, reconciliation of mutual settlements and exchange of documents with suppliers;
• Implementation and optimization of the tender procurement system;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of procurement processes and their improvement;
• Ensuring the search for opportunities to reduce costs and implementing measures to reduce them; 
• Development of procedures for international purchases; 
• Coordination of the search and selection of suppliers abroad;
• Organization of customs clearance and support of import and export cargoes in accordance with international norms and requirements regarding customs procedures and logistical aspects;
• >Coordination of delivery of materials, components and finished products;
• Optimization of logistics processes;
• Control of management of delays and contingencies situations;
• Ensuring optimal warehouse stocks for articles of permanent storage;
• Planning and organizing the reception, placement, dispatch and movement of material assets in the warehouse;
• Efficiency analysis and optimization of warehouse processes;
• Organization of accounting documentation and control over the movement of material values ​​and their preservation;
• Organization of quality and quantity control of goods at deliveries;
• Coordination and optimization of the work of the company's transport department, technical condition and renewal of vehicles.

Requirements:

• Successful work experience of 3 years or more;
• Higher education in economics, management, logistics, engineering;
< li>Deep understanding of procurement, supply, warehousing and logistics processes, particularly in the context of manufacturing activities;
• Experience in developing and implementing a procurement strategy, as well as concluding contracts with suppliers;
• Knowledge of international standards and norms (ISO, INCOTERMS, etc.), as well as customs clearance and logistics rules;
• Ability to work with ERP systems and other programs to automate procurement processes and logistics (SAP, Oracle, 1C, etc.);
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and log optimizationdirect costs.
