We invite the Head of the department of organizational development, remuneration and motivation of personnel (C&B) to the passenger direction team of Ukrzaliznytsia.

Purpose of the position: Ensuring the effective management of the number and organizational structure of the branch, unification of staffing and salary systems, control of personnel costs, as well as the development and implementation of modern motivation systems taking into account the specifics of production activities and interaction with trade unions.

What is important:

• Higher education.
• 5+ years of experience in the field of labor organization, payroll or HR analytics.
• Team management experience (from 3 years).
• Knowledge of labor legislation, regulations on labor remuneration.
• Advanced work skills in Excel, experience with HRM systems.
• Experience of interaction with trade unions (will be an advantage).
• Desirable experience of working in large manufacturing or public companies.

What needs to be done?

• Management of organizational development processes and modeling of the enterprise structure.
• Planning, calculation and optimization of the number of personnel.
• Development and control of work schedules (variability, transitional regimes, special working conditions).
• Formation and adjustment of the staff schedule.
• Establishment and control of the application of allowances, surcharges, compensations and other payment elements
• Development of remuneration schemes and bonus systems.
• Analysis and forecasting of personnel costs, preparation of reports for management and state bodies.
• Unification of personnel processes and automation of management procedures in the field of remuneration and numbers.
• Interaction with trade union organizations on issues of changes in remuneration and structure.
