Purpose of the position: Ensuring the effective management of the number and organizational structure of the branch, unification of staffing and salary systems, control of personnel costs, as well as the development and implementation of modern motivation systems taking into account the specifics of production activities and interaction with trade unions.

What is important:

  • Higher education.
  • 5+ years of experience in the field of labor organization, payroll or HR analytics.
  • Team management experience (from 3 years).
  • Knowledge of labor legislation, regulations on labor remuneration.
  • Advanced work skills in Excel, experience with HRM systems.
  • Experience of interaction with trade unions (will be an advantage).
