• Responsible for the methodological development of training products
• Responsible for determining the need for the development of training products based on the results of a comprehensive assessment, the company's strategic goals and business needs
< li>Responsible for increasing the competence of internal training specialists and internal experts within the limits of developing and conducting training activities
• Responsible for determining requirements for the effectiveness and quality of internal training products, determines the criteria for the effectiveness of the training specialists' work
• Responsible for the timely maintenance of the training base in the corporate accounting system - LMS SAP SF
• Responsible for the implementation of the latest and trendiest forms of training to ensure the continuous development of personnel skills
• Independently develops and conducts training events for employees of different levels
