Our expectations from the candidate:
- Higher education in the field of finance, accounting or economics;
- Work experience from 3-5 years in a position related to cost accounting in manufacturing companies;
- Experience in implementing automated accounting systems is desirable;
- In-depth knowledge in the field of factory costing, cost accounting methods;
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar);
- Skills in managing accounting automation projects;
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and to carry out their analysis;
- Ability to coordinate work between geographically distant teams;
- Leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team;
- Analytical mindset;
- Orientation on results and the ability to work under limited time conditions;
- Readiness for business trips.
Main areas of responsibility:
1. Organization of cost accounting:
- Installation and control of the cost accounting system in all production areas.
- Ensuring collection and analysis data on costs at each stage of production for accurate calculation of production costs.
2. Accounting automation:
- Implementation of software for automation of accounting processes.
- Coordination of work with the IT department for integration of automation systems at all production sites.
- Providing support and training of personnel on the use of new systems.
3. Control and analytics:
- Monitoring of actual costs and comparing them with planned indicators.
- Preparation of regular reports for senior management on product cost and resource efficiency.
- Analysis of deviations and identification of opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
4. Team management:
- Formation and management of a team of costing specialists at all production sites.< /li>
- Ensuring uniform accounting and reporting standards in all areas.
5. Intercity management:
- Coordination of work between sites located in different cities.
- Regular business trips to production sites to monitor and support accounting processes.
6. Optimization of processes:
- Study of new methods and tools to increase accounting accuracy and reduce time its implementation.
- Implementation of innovative solutions to improve factory costing processes.
