Functional duties< /p>
1. Ensuring the implementation of the latest data processing technologies, digital signatures in the activities of the Regional Office, including taking measures to integrate the Regional Office into unified state-wide electronic administration systems.
2. Implementation of information and communication, computer, logistics and resource support in the Regional Office; ensuring the development of information and communication infrastructure in the Regional Office.
3. Ensuring the performance of tasks, powers and functions defined by the Laws of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information", "On Media" and other normative legal acts of Ukraine.
4. Organization of implementation of informational, technological and technical support of meetings, conferences of the management staff of the Regional Department on the activities of the FSMU.
5. Carrying out an analysis of the operation of electronic document management systems; working with the system of electronic interaction with state authorities (hereinafter - SEV), providing advice to employees when using information and communication systems; entering records, storing and using documents with with the stamp "For official use" and control over compliance with the Standard Instruction on the procedure for record keeping, storage, use and destruction of documents and other physical media containing official information.
Work schedule
Monday - Thursday from 9.00 to 18.00,
Friday from 9.00 to 16.45,
lunch break from 13.00 to 13.45

Additional requirements
During the period of martial law, a person is appointed to the post of civil service catRegion "B" without competitive selection after conducting a special check on the candidate in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", on the basis of the submitted application, a completed identity card of the established model and documents confirming that such persons have Ukrainian citizenship, education and work experience in accordance with with the requirements of the legislation established for the respective positions, as well as in the presence in the Unified State Register of declarations of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government, declarations of the person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government for the past year.
