Job duties:

1. Management and organization of the Department's work to ensure the tasks and functions assigned to it.

2. Organization:
enforcement of laws, development of draft regulations and orders of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy on mobilization training and mobilization; ensuring submission of appropriate reporting, as well as submission of a proposal for booking conscripts for the period of mobilization and for wartime.

3. Participation in state regulation of mobilization training and mobilization, preparation of draft legal acts on mobilization training and mobilization.

4. Ensuring the planning, development and implementation of mobilization preparation and mobilization activities, including the transfer of the sphere of management, branches of agro-industrial production of the national economy to work in the conditions of a special period.

5. Participation in the formation of the project of the main indicators of mobilization plans;

coordination of the development of draft mobilization plans, long-term and annual programs of mobilization preparation and taking measures to ensure their implementation.

6. Submitting proposals for setting mobilization tasks (orders) to enterprises, institutions and organizations and organizing their delivery to executors.

7. Control over the creation, storage and maintenance of the mobilization reserve of material and technical and raw resources at enterprises, institutions and organizations.

8. Control of implementation of mobilization training activities by enterprises, institutions and organizations for the purpose of sustainable functioning of the relevant sphere of management, branch of the national economy or the territory of the administrative-territorial unit in the conditions of a special period.

9. Organization of work related to determining the possibility of meeting the needs of the Armed Forces, other military formations, the national economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population in a special period.

1. Education: higher education with a master's degree. 2. Work experience: work experience in government positionscivil service of categories "B" or "B" or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience of working in management positions of enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of the form of ownership for at least two years and work experience, associated with mobilization training for at least three years, corresponding admission to state secrets.

3. Proficiency in the state language:fluency in the state language.

4. Remuneration conditions:

position salary UAH 29,186;

allowances, additional payments, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service";
