COMFY is looking for a Head of Corporate Culture.

We are looking for a manager who will help us maintain and develop a culture in which each employee should realize their own value and the value of each customer.< /p>

Tasks you will be work:

• Creation and implementation of programs that increase employee engagement and awareness of corporate culture
• Organization of internal communications that support corporate culture
• Conducting corporate events that inspire, motivate and unite
• Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and their adaptation (analysis of indicators)
• Close cooperation with managers and HR team to maintain a unified corporate culture at all levels
• Travel to stores, to track implementations and support culture
• Planning the calendar of implementations for the development of corporate culture
• Budgeting the direction

Our expectations:

• Experience or participation in the creation of corporate culture development programs
• Ability to develop and implement initiatives that unite people around the company's mission and values
• Understanding the importance of quality service, modern changes and customer expectations
• Proactivity, ability to work in a team, flexibility and creativity in solving tasks
• Experience in a similar position, preferably in large retail companies, will be an advantage
