Experience requirements:
- Higher education in economics, finance, business administration or similar
- 5 years of work experience in C&B in 1000+ companies, 2 years of management experience
- Knowledge of labor law and of the labor market in relation to this area of responsibility, as well as taxation and social security laws
- Skills in working with the methodology of labor evaluation according to the Korn Ferry
- Developed analytical and communication skills , high level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal approach; ability to work in a team and independently
- Responsibility and result orientation; proactivity, high level of business awareness; the ability to learn quickly.

Tasks:
- Develop and implement C&B policies and procedures in line with company principles
- Analyze the labor market and participate in salary level studies
- Evaluate roles and positions using the Korn Ferry methodology
- Support employees and line managers on all C&B matters
- Effectively manage the C&B team
- Analyze C&B systems and develop recommendations to improve their effectiveness
- Manage budgeting processes
- Manage communications with employees on all C&B-related topics
- Participate in other functional and cross-functional projects
- Prepare reports and presentations for top company management
