What you will do:

• Manage the communications department and collaborate with other departments to achieve common objectives;
• Plan and form a budget for the needs of commercial communications;
• Develop communication strategies to support the company's brand and products;
• Organize the company's internal and external communication;< /li>
• Develop content ideas for various media platforms and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies;
• Coordinate the preparation of media materials (articles, special projects, posts for social networks and content of the site, internal portals, etc.);
• Plan and organize PR events (internal and external);
• Develop advertising materials, presentations with information about the company's products;< /li>
• Provide the company with souvenir products and advertising materials.

You are exactly the communications manager we are looking for, because:

• You have work experience of 3 years or more in a managerial position;
• You know how to work with a team and motivate them;
• You have experience in the development and implementation of promo campaigns and advertising communications, promotions for the purpose of promotion products, coordination of successful PR campaigns;
• You know how to negotiate and clearly understand the requests of internal and external customers;
• You know how to properly plan a budget and you monitor its compliance;
• You speak English at least upper-intermediate;
• You work skillfully with graphic editors
• You think strategically and are ready to implement innovative approaches.< /li>
