Head of the commercial department (grocery, canning, confectionery) in EKO-Market

We are EKO Market - a national chain of supermarkets that has been operating in Ukraine stable since 2002. Our network includes over 70 stores and 2,000 employees throughout Ukraine. Our network includes food and non-food essentials, and we also have our own production - cooking and baking! Some stores even have confectionery shops! Our suppliers are the leading producers not only of Ukraine, but also of the whole world.

We are looking for a head of the commercial department (confectionery, groceries, preservation)

What you will do:

Tasks:

• Organization of work to improve planned indicators of turnover. 
• Optimization and improvement of processes. 
• Setting goals for subordinates and monitoring the implementation of the company's turnover and income plan. Department management, adaptation, motivation and development. Creation of CRI by subordinates, regular evaluation of results. 
• Organization of interaction of the department with other units. 
• Analysis of work results, reporting to the commercial director. Timely and high-quality reporting.
• Development and implementation of improvements in the work of the department (new tools, processes).
• Requirements:
  • Experience of similar and successful work;
  • Experienced PC user, Excel;
  • Experience in 1C program;
  • Ability to work in a team, strategic thinking, leadership qualities, stress resistance;
