Areas of responsibility:

• Ensuring the effective functioning of the certification and quality control service in accordance with the established norms and rules in force in civil aviation;
• Implementation of measures for the implementation of production procedures necessary to ensure the safe operation of aircraft and their airworthiness for flights in accordance with the requirements of the Aviation Rules of Ukraine;
• Monitoring of production processes and elements of the quality system regarding the certification of the operator, developer organization, airworthiness management organization, maintenance organization and preparation for maintenance in accordance with the requirements of the Aviation Rules of Ukraine;
• Proper passage of Airline certification procedures;
• Development of measures aimed at improving the Airline’s activities in all areas of activity; 
• Control within the scope of one’s competence over the quality of preparation and preparation of documents at the appropriate level;
• Preparation of the necessary reports (analyses) on the functioning of the quality system.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Basic higher education in aviation (master’s degree, specialist);
• Experience in the field of civil aviation as manager of various x levels in the relevant direction from 5 years;
• Knowledge of the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of civil aviation. Knowledge of the requirements of aviation regulations of Ukraine, international aviation legislation (ICAO, IATA, EASA). Experience working in a quality system.
