Functional:

Create and manage a department

Monitoring and analysis of opportunities for building cooperation with potential donors and partners, presentation of the community, its achievements, projects and opportunities.

Attracting grant funding for project implementation.

Writing project applications and forming a complete package of documents for tender submission.

Formation of project proposals, project summaries, presentations for partners to attract resources.

Formation of partner consortia.

Management of the entire cycle of project implementation — control of the main stages of implementation and execution of tasks by the project team.

Performance of activities within the framework of projects, if this is provided for by the project.

Project reporting.

Representative functions within the framework of international meetings, round tables, conferences

Development of the network of international partners.

Participation in relevant events, in particular, international ones, as a speaker on behalf of the community.

Initiative and organization of international events abroad.
