What is important for us when choosing a candidate for a position: experience of working as a manager, team leader, business analyst/system analyst/project analyst or product owner (website, mobile application, ERP system) from 2 years; experience in team management from analysis to implementation and launch of large-scale projects, development of products, IT systems from business vision to implementation of solutions and achievement of KPIs; ability to identify the needs of the business customer, formulate the concept of the adopted decision, formulate requirements for the future product and the ability to allocate tasks between employees who will be responsible for further implementation; desirable work experience in the production field; What will be included in your functional duties: managing a team of business analysts who perform the role of analyzing the needs of the internal customer (business) and making a decision to the implementation and presentation of business results ;motivation of the team;monitoring of the implementation of assigned tasks according to the planned deadlines;supporting the development of a digital product development strategy (site, ERP system, internal applications);creating a road map, managing all aspects of the product through creating value for customers and business;building effective interaction with the team business and developers; preparation of user stories, use cases, requirements, specifications and necessary documentation; implementation of MVP-methods for large-scale projects; development and implementation of metrics for product performance evaluation (OKR); monitoring of documentation updates for projects at work; organization effective product support process with the help of a contractor and/or internal IT team; We offer interesting cooperation, continuous professional development and comfortable working conditions.
