Requirements

Necessary experience and knowledge:

• 3+ years of banking experience
• 1+ years of experience in management, work organization, motivation and team development
• Knowledge of banking products, procedures and service standards, understanding of banking business processes
• Knowledge of legislation and regulatory acts regulating banking activity
• Fluency in the state business language
• Higher education

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and when solving urgent issues

Responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of the work of several branches of the bank
• Setting key performance indicators and financial goals for a group of branches and ensuring their implementation
• Development and implementation of strategies to improve customer service and ensuring high quality of services
• Team management and motivation, coaching, training and development of employees
• Study and implementation of the latest practices and procedures, including Agile tools in order to optimize work processes and increase sales efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards in the field of banking
• Establishing and maintaining effective communication between departments, as well as cooperation with other divisions of the bank

We are looking for a manager of a branch group of Raifu, who will be able to provide effective management of a group of several branches. Your role will be to coordinate the activities of the branches, ensure they meet business objectives and maintain service quality standards.
