invites to its team Head of the BPM implementation department (Creatio).

We are looking for an expert who can lead the direction of business process automation, develop the BPM system (Creatio) and increase the efficiency of the company's operational processes.

Main tasks:

• (lending, customer service, operational processes);

• design and implementation of processes in BPM (Creatio);

• management of the backlog of changes and development of the system in accordance with business needs;

• interaction with business units (credit direction, operating unit, risks, compliance, finance);

• quality control of implementation, testing and launch of new functionalities;

• management of integrations with other IT systems of the company;

• ensuring stable operation of the BPM system and user support.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• experience working with the BPM platform (Creatio) from 3 years;

• 3 years of work experience in an MFI or a bank specializing in retail lending;

• practical experience in automating business processes (BPMN, workflow);

• experience in IT project management of system implementation or development;

• skills in system analysis, description of business requirements and setting technical tasks;

• understanding of integrations (API, web-services, databases);

• strong communication skills.
